Is it allowed not to replace some rotted sill plates?

I am remodeling my bathroom basement, and after start to the studs, I noticed that the sill plates are slightly rotten in two areas. The shower leaked old and I'm sure he was the culprit. I Sistering plan (above) is questionable areas of about 5 feet. I do not expect more leaks.
